Movement Matters


Take the time to move today. No time?
Review the last few days and you are sure to find a ten minute, or even thirty minute, window of time that could have been spent moving instead of wasted on social media, watching TV or surfing the internet.

Newsflash, if those activities are that important to you, you can combine them with movement! Stop putting the barrier of thought in front of moving. Get up right now and march in place while reading the rest of this publication. See, it’s actually very easy to move.

Now imagine if you took a few flights of stairs everyday, went for a brief walk or did some calisthenics during the commercial breaks of the game or your favorite show. The possibilities are only limited to your thoughts.

You are the barrier. It’s not time. It’s not your family and it’s not work that’s in your way. Your thoughts are the only thing standing in the way of you and movement. Your body is designed to be active. Stop talking yourself out of your nature. Make movement matter and see your body and attitude change.
